How do I book a home collection?
- Call or WhatsApp +91 98405 90665 with the tests you need and your preferred time slot. A trained phlebotomist visits your home with a fresh sealed kit and collects the sample. Your report is sent to you on WhatsApp and email once it has been validated.
Is home sample collection safe and hygienic?
- Every visit uses single-use sterile collection kits and PPE protocols. Our phlebotomists are certified, vetted and continuously assessed for skill, and are experienced with elderly patients. Samples are processed at our own NABL accredited laboratory in Padi rather than being sent elsewhere.
Which tests can be done at home, and which need a visit?
- Blood tests can be collected at your home. Scans and imaging - digital X-ray, ultrasound, 2D Echo, ECG and TMT - need a visit to our Padi centre because they use equipment on site. If you book a health checkup package, we will tell you which parts need a centre visit.
