How do I book a test or appointment?
Tests aren't booked directly on the website. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 98405 90665, call +91 98405 90665 or 044 2654 0111, or visit our Padi centre.Can I book a home sample collection?
Yes - message us on WhatsApp or call. A trained phlebotomist will visit your home at a convenient time, anywhere across Chennai.About home collectionWhat are your working hours?
The laboratory is open 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday, and 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Sunday. We are not a 24×7 facility.Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Yes - contact us on WhatsApp or call at least 1 hour before your slot to reschedule or cancel.

How will I receive my report?
We share your report on WhatsApp and by SMS once it's senior-validated by our pathologists.Can I collect a printed report copy?
Yes - a printed report is available at our Padi centre, in addition to the WhatsApp and SMS copy.Is Mano Lab NABL accredited?

Preparation
Do I need to fast for blood tests?
Some tests require fasting (e.g. Lipid Profile, FBS). Our team will share the specific preparation when you book via WhatsApp or call.Can I take medicines on test day?
Take your regular medication unless instructed otherwise by your physician. For specific tests like hormone panels, our team will advise.What should I wear for an X-Ray or TMT?
Wear loose, metal-free clothing. For TMT, wear comfortable shoes suitable for a treadmill. You may be asked to change into a gown.
